Tasked with helping hygiene-product company Essity to recruit engineering and manufacturing students, we knew we had to make hygiene interesting. So, we printed job ads onto loo rolls and placed them in key Universities to attract soon-to-be-grads!

After One poll research revealed that looking for a graduate position can be daunting, we decided to simplify the process while demonstrating that Essity is a great company to work for.

We partnered with University of Nottingham to place the loo rolls in their toilets, and took the recruitment team on the road to encourage students to apply for roles.

Our innovative approach meant students just had to scan a QR code on our printed rolls to see real roles on offer at Essity.

The story landed widespread coverage including features in the Times Education Supplement, Metro, Mirror, Daily Star, Express, The Sun, MSN and many student and trade titles.
