Gameification is the process of adding elements to a campaign, website or digital asset that would normally be found in games. This can include leaderboards, achievements, competitions, rewards and challenges. The aim of gameification is to leverage peoples desire for achievements and natural competitiveness to boost engagement and interaction.
By adding game-like elements into a digital asset can result in higher levels of engagement and participation.
We have designed and developed interactive web based games for clients such as ‘Yeardle’, a creative spin on ‘Wordle’ for Lottoland as well as a fully playable retro inspired platform game for Superscript. Both of these campaigns were highly effective and led to thousands of returning players and brand engagement.
